Terms of Use

Last updated: August 27, 2026

This is not a law firm and this is not legal advice. No Attorney Divorce in California provides self-help document preparation for uncontested California divorces. Using this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. If you need legal advice about your situation, consult a lawyer licensed in California.

1. Agreement

By using this website or paying for a document package, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What this service is

The service is an online questionnaire that uses your answers to prepare California family-law forms and related worksheets for an uncontested divorce. You receive documents to review, sign, and file yourself.

The service does not represent you in court, appear for you, give legal advice, negotiate with your spouse, or evaluate whether the terms you enter are fair or legally sufficient.

3. Who it is for

The service is intended for couples who can agree on property, debts, support, and parenting issues, and who meet California residency rules. It is not designed for contested cases, domestic-violence cases, or situations that require full legal representation.

4. Your responsibility

5. Price, payment, and revisions

The fee is for one couple / one California uncontested divorce case. It is not a license to prepare documents for other people or other cases.

You may revise answers and re-download documents for that same case for 12 months, using this browser or your saved answers file. We do not store your answers on our servers. If you lose the browser data and the answers file, we cannot restore the case.

We do not aggressively police the calendar. Coming back a few extra months later for the same case is not the concern. Using one payment to generate packages for additional couples is not allowed.

6. Refunds

Because the product is instantly available digital document preparation, refunds are limited. If a technical problem prevents you from receiving the package, contact us and we will work to fix it or refund the fee. We do not refund because a court rejected paperwork, because you and your spouse later disagreed, or because you decided to hire a lawyer.

7. No warranty

Documents are provided as-is. We do not warrant that a court will accept your papers, that your case will finish without a hearing, or that the package covers every form a particular county may request. County practices vary.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the package. We are not liable for court delays, rejected filings, missed deadlines, support calculations, or decisions you make based on the documents.

9. Acceptable use

You may use the site for your own California uncontested divorce. You may not copy the site, resell packages, scrape content, or use the service for fraud. We may refuse service if we believe the matter is contested or the tool is being misused.

10. Privacy

Answers you type are stored in your browser so the forms can be generated on your device. Payment details are handled by Stripe. Do not enter information on a shared computer if you need confidentiality.

11. Intellectual property

The website design, questionnaire, instructions, and generated agreement text are our materials. California Judicial Council forms remain the forms of the State of California. Your completed answers remain your information.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the state courts of California, unless you and we agree otherwise in writing.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact information you publish on this website once it is live.
